Established in memory of Nancy “Chick” Chamberlain and her son, Bob Chamberlain, MD, the Chick and Doc Foundation is a 501c3 organization, established to raise funds to support Hospice patients and those who assist with their care. 

 

Donations and other raised funds support Hospice education, improve best practices and provide respite services to loved ones caring for someone with a terminal diagnosis.
